Yulia Konstantinovna Blinova (born in 1981, Novoaltaysk, Altai Krai) is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia (MOSH), a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.

In 2008, she graduated from the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of Ilya Glazunov, Faculty of "Painting", workshop "Portrait".
In 2012, she won the second place prize in the category "Story Picture about the railways of the Soviet era and modern Russia" in the All-Russian competition of paintings and graphics dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the railways of Russia.
In 2014, she received the medal "Symbols of the Fatherland" after the exhibition of the same name from the foundation "Science-XXI", the exhibition company Mir-Expo.
In 2015, she became the winner of the young artists ' competition "New Space".
In 2016, she received a diploma of the first degree in the international art exhibition "I see the World". As well as the diploma of the SHR "For success in creativity and promotion of the development of the fine arts of Russia".
He holds the first and second place diplomas in the international exhibition and competition of portrait art during the Russian Art Week.
She became the winner of the international project "For the sake of Peace on Earth-2016".

Participated in more than 50 exhibitions. He has a large number of publications in the press.
