Irina joined the Union of Artists of Russia while still being a university student, which made her the youngest of its members.

Since 1997 Irina has been a participant of republican, regional and all-Russia exhibitions. Her solo exhibitions were held in Samara (Gallery "Babylon"), in Moscow (Contemporary Art Center MARS). She actively collaborated with the "Zero" Gallery, the director of which is Naum Olev. Her works are included in the catalogue "Realism of the XXI century in Russia», «Graphics» section and in the catalogue «Art of Russia 2004», «Painting» section. There are quite a few famous politicians, businessmen and artists among the admirers of her talent, including Jacques Chirac (ex-President of France). Sheikh Ahmed Fshmawi, Sir David Tang (founder of the China Club in Asia and the China Tang Hotel The Dorchester), Konstantin Titov (ex-governor of the Samara region).

Irina is also actively helping charitable organizations, providing support to sick children.

Irina's works are softly intertwined with kindness, humor and conceptuality. The artist's paintings with their exuberance of colors can turn the gray world into a bright sunny universe. Irina has a recognizable painting technique, largely formed under the influence of her father, who was engaged in tapestries. Maybe that’s the reason to why this artist's work gives the impression of embroidery on canvas.

Irina started her exhibition activity in 1995. All-Russian Youth Exhibition, TSDH Moscow. Since 1997 the artist is a regular participant of All-Russian exhibitions-Moscow Central House of Artists and exhibitions "Big Volga" (Samara, Nizhny Novgorod).
