Nikolay Kulebakin, born on July 7 of 1945 in Kuybyshev region, is a painter, a graphic artist, a member of the association of Russian artists. Nikolay is a member of a family of four: his wife, who works as a teacher in a school №124, a daughter, working as a manager, and a son, who is currently a student. The artist has graduated the Art School of Penza in 1972.

The works of Nikolay Kulebakin are quite peculiar due to the colour scheme choice and composition. Art critics perceive Kulebakin to be the continuator of the traditional abstract expressionism.
Numerous works of Kulebakin were purchased by Kurgan Regional Museum; Tashkent Republican Purchase Centre, Moscow; private collectors of Samara, Moscow, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey, USA, Israel;
N. Kulebakin is an author of numerous monumental works in the interiors of public buildings; The author of wall paintings in Kuybyshev Polytechnical Institute, Renaissance Hotel, train station, cinema, library, «Contemporary» club in Noyabrsk.
