Jalil Suleymanov (born March 16, 1968, Nabiyevo village) is a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation (since 1996). Member of the VTEO "Union of Artists of Russia", Deputy Chairman of the Board of the RO "Union of Artists of Russia" of the Republic of Belarus, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus, Laureate of the State Youth Award named after Sh. Babich.

Graduated from the Art faculty of the Ufa Institute of Arts (now the Ufa Academy of Arts) (1995). In 1996-1999, an artist-trainee of the Russian Academy of Arts at the Ufa State Institute of Arts, creative workshop of Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts Lutfullin A. F. Teacher of the Ufa School of Arts (college).

Participant of republican, regional, All-Russian, international art exhibitions. He was awarded diplomas of All-Russian, regional, republican art exhibitions. The works are in museums, galleries and private collections in Russia, Great Britain, France, the USA, Australia, Serbia and other countries.
