Elena Volkova is a candidate of philological sciences, a member of the international art fund.
She has been painting since 1997. She studied with Ramin Nafikov.
The works are kept in the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Almetyevsk Art Gallery, in private collections in France, Italy and other countries.
Member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Tatarstan. Lives in Kazan.
