This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site and does not apply to information collected from any other source. Our affiliated RU site at artmost.store is governed by its separate privacy policies located at that site. Even though you may not be in Europe, our computer servers are in the RU and so your personal information is protected in accordance with RU privacy laws. Because this Site is directed toward North American customers, we also respect those privacy rules to the extent they are more protective than RU privacy law. What Information Do We Collect And How Do We Obtain It?

California Privacy Rights

WUnder California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2012 will receive information regarding 2011 sharing activities).

We want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to this site.
