Ilya Frolov is an artist from Chelyabinsk.

For about ten years he lived in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Then he went to Spain for six months for bright colors and inspiration. He returned to Chelyabinsk and continued to take photographs. At some point, Ilya realized that he could not influence the image as much as possible, and the first experiments in expanding the possibilities of visualization were in making collages. At the insistence of an artist friend, he began working with acrylics.
