Elena Ostrovskaya (born in 1979, Samara) is a prominent representative of the Russian impressionistic school of painting.
Graduated from Children's Art School No. 2 (1994), Samara State Pedagogical University with a degree in Fine Arts (2002).
Since 2013, a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 2015, a member of the Union of Designers of Russia.
Since 2019 member of the International Creative Association “La Palette du Monde”
The creative manner gravitates towards the leading traditions of the national school of painting. Prefers full-scale plein-air work. It has its own characteristic, picturesque handwriting, but the main quality is the freshness of the perception of the motive, picturesque freedom and free use of a brush and a palette knife.
Since 2000 he has been actively involved in exhibitions. Participant of personal, regional, regional, all-Russian and international exhibitions.
